In case this thread doesn't make much sense, there's a series of streams popping up on Youtube. The stream has a tied up girl with a timer attached to her. I've come from /b/.
The Youtube mods keep killing the streams, but here's the current one. No idea how long it'll last.

The stream gets deleted after 10-15 minutes by Youtube moderators and then the same stream starts somewhere else, probably on one of these channels:

1) It's raining.

4) The link to the first stream initially appeared on a russian imageboard(the biggest one)
5) There was a russian 'moscow radio' playing at the start of the stream
