The best advice I was given in my search was meditation and eventually astral project. I've had mild success through meditation but at two months I've seem to gotten to a stand still.

The short answer is no.

The body is a physical thing, therefore it must be changed by physical means.

So get your surgeries, and get your hormones, but make sure it's what you REALLY want first.

It took some time for me to realize that I don't want bottom surgery, for example. Fuck what anyone else thinks. Do what you need to do to make yourself feel attractive and fuckable. The right people will understand and respect you (even love you). Like I said, to hell with everyone else.

Do you do anything creative? I find that doing things like drawing or creating game avatars that reflect the ideal physical self can be therapeutic. Even just fantasizing about it can be a form of meditating that helps you love yourself and realize where you want to take your life.

I really sympathize with all my trans-anons here, and if I knew for a fact that anything paranormal would help y'all, I'd share it in a heartbeat. 1) It would be better to use magic to change your mental sex to your biological sex.

I don't know if this can be done, but I do know that if you inadvertently offend Venus/Aphrodite, she can change your sexuality or gender identity out of spite, and the effects can last several years.

Perhaps petitioning her and gaining her favour could work to similar ends.

Or, maybe Mars/Ares is better, as the counterpart to Venus.

Or perhaps Mercury, Hermes - the god of Magic, who is known as Odin, Thoth, Shiva.

I do this and it makes it worse for me. I usually always create my inner female in games that allow it and draw it all the time.

The fact that I know exactly what I want to look like and feel like it on the inside is super depressing when you know there is no legit way to make it happen. Even the legit ways would never make me come close to looking how I would like to.

We can hope for scientific breakthrough to speed up but even then we'd have to afford it. And it is very easy for something to come along and fuck up all the motions toward such a technology.
