Even though the Sun is the first card in this spread let's take a look at the man in the seven of pentacles first. He had nothing before the six and did not receive money from the six but seeds to plant crops. There was no promise that these seeds would bear fruit but he is told that if he works hard towards something he will get a harvest and more than he could ever dream of. So he works hard towards getting a harvest even though it is unlikely that he will achieve such greatness. He gets some reward but he is still not happy. What else is missing?

The man thinks he has the tools and power necessary to reach another goal so he gives it a try. What he really wants is to be happy, to feel the glow of the sun in his heart. He knows that if he works hard he should be rewarded, right? He has some reward from his past hard work but he is STILL not happy. What else could he ask for? What else does he need? He remembers he has no one to share his foliage with. He foolishly thinks his unhappiness is due to him being single. He thinks a relationship can give him what he needs.

Well, the card I'm getting representing you tells me your next relationship is gonna be smooth sailing for you, but not so much for her. You may "just fuck her shit up", as they say. She's probably gonna fall hard for you, and you have to take care of her given that. When someone's all swept up in their feels, and you are not as much, it can be very difficult.

I think mostly, their actions were due to shame, fear, or self doubt. They were already feeling upset because of the circumstances they were in. Some things were going wrong for them and they were grasping at straws to fix it. Their parents probably gave them some advice, and they took it because it was the only direction they were given.
I don't think there was much you could have done to change things. I think it was more that they were uncertain and things happened the way they did because of panic.

To give you more peace of mind we are only generalizing but i know everyone is different. My brother who is also a Cancer has no chill on breaking a girls heart and i couldn't even phantom doing something like that.

Doesn't mean he is bad, but he see relationships as something more open than me. He gets desperate when he doesn't have someone whom he can share his feelings with, which makes him start a different relationship nearly every day... whereas i can't stand something as meaningless as that.
