Aye, I'm a creative person and applying to my career would make it more enjoyable though a life of an artist isn't very profitable.

That would definitely feel like delving into the unknown and since I'm used to work with arts, I'll have to learn how to develop another set of skill for that

I am honestly not certain how to even interpret this, mostly out of fear of my own incompetency. I want to say that really, you may need to shake up quite a few things. I can't say you're going to get too far anywhere any time soon, but that's how it is with diet and losing weight in the first place. It generally takes time and patience, and you really need to put your mental and physical towards actually doing it. However, forcing yourself to a very strict diet straight from the get go is not going to help, and when you end up cheating a bit and eating just a small bit of candy, you feel like you failed horrendously.

First up; cut out soda and chips. Drink a lot of mineral water instead. Those are the first two things that generally can drop your weight by a good amount.

Start cooking for yourself, and don't eat those makeshift foods that you can put into the microwave and eat. Or take-outs. At least brush up on somewhat reasonable cooking skills that don't involve making a whole bunch of food. Eat in small portions.

Those are few tips I would personally suggest. Just cutting out soda would be more than damn enough. Good luck to you. Even so, if you see yourself gaining more and more weight, then cut down on eating or at least eat in smaller dosages and substitute whatever vitamins with supplements. How else does one gain weight?
