This is a very frequent occurrence to me. It's a very strange sensation, really. I usually forget to write them down though.
>dream within a dream
It's still just a dream
>thinks he's awake
Please wake up!

well, my 2nd dream, was legit, a game, essentially.
set in a mall the size of a gigantic castle.
when i would fail, one way or another, i would start at this 1 spot, over and over again.
legit thought this was hell for 1 second.
still finishing up.

More laziness than a real rule. Makes it easier for anons that want to keep track of dream related activity is all.

I had this happen a few months ago. I was trying to open a drawer to check a clock and kept waking up and doing it again it was more annoying then spooky.
Had a dream with in a dream last night. cant remember too much but here goes
>Me and another person in tub
>i cant quite make out who they where
>for some reason i am aware that this dream within a dream isnt real yet i have no control of whats going on
>soon after this realization the thing in the tub get very close to me
>i notice its a female
>nice.jeg
>it puts her hands on shoulders
>before i can react it pushes me below the surface if the water trying to drown me
>fighting for my life for what seemed like hours
>keep telling myself that its a dream every chance i get
>finally scream at her "Its all in my head!" at which point she turn into soapy bubbles and i awake back into my original dream.

I once experienced a form of extreme time dilation within a dream - not while being into a dream inside another dream - rather an bizarre very vivid dream that I still remember after years.
In 5 minutes from one snooze to another - I've spent around 40 minutes inside a dream land, where I interacted with people, had dialogue - planned strategies and hid behind things ( there was a nuclear attack going on )
I'm genuinely interested about this phenomenon of the brain.
