There's confusion, there must be said. It's not shown to me as to what's exactly going on, but something is definitely hidden or abound. It's like a mental 'stepping back', if this makes any sense. Putting your sense of focus behind out or just a bit outside of you, and simply trying to listen. Not with physical ears, mind you. Usually comes with complimentary sensations and images. They're a strange bunch, and often times than not I hear a woman saying more than just an occasional word or an insult. In general, there has to be a significantly long period of time, and none of that kind where you're just infatuated and not realizing that you don't really *love* the person, the insides of them, so on and so forth. Infatuations, from the best of my knowledge, are generally very shallow, but yet strong interests in someone.

It's hard to explain this, but it mostly has to do with my definition of love. It's not such an easy thing to harbor and nurture as opposed to an infatuation, which anyone can easily get for someone, and it generally doesn't last.

I can tell you right now you're going to get rekt if you go into Goetic evocations without the necessary preparation / training / experience, and this spread rings that quite true. See, although you're the Empress shining brilliantly on your throne, I see a different story over here telling me you're rather easily influenced by external forces, which says a lot about what could go wrong when it comes to evocations and such.

See all the swords up in the spread, particularly the reversed Knight and Page? It's telling you to slow the hell down. You likely won't get any results from the evocation - that seems to be the worse thing that could happen over here, and the way past that obstacle is in the Hierophant: observe and learn first.

Scrying's a funny thing, truth be told. The way I do it requires an immense amount of visualization, and I do not use any kind of tools like water, mirrors or anything of the kind. Often times, you can simply meditate and see what kind of images may come to you while you're focusing on a specific question, but what I use is visualizing a tarot deck, shuffling it, and pulling out a card. You don't even need to know the meanings or anything, because what you'll see on a card can range to literally everything and nothing. Then it's rather easy to get pulled into a scene where you see and hear things happen.
Other method is visualizing standing in a white room, with a door before you, symbolizing the querent and their question. Enter it. See what you can see. Essentially, you need some kind of a focus within the mind, say a door, a card, you could even be cheeky and use water and books for it too. You open the door, look at the card, find the page, and see what you can see.
In general, see what could work for you once you seem to catch a grip on it. Thread always has people to practice on.

First up, you're over-worrying by a ton. The 9 of Swords in here shows you having issues coping with the move; sleepless nights, anxiety, etc. I gather that you made the move because there was a lack of opportunities in your old area, and there were some emotional issues you were dealing with. Not an easy decision to make, was it? I don't have many good news for you in here, because most of the cards are reversed - specifically the Cups and Pentacles, which tells me you're making all the wrong decisions here and being overly emotional.

I started on this one as well, and I drew a bunch of cards on this one.

That's one thing I'm going to say first and foremost, seconding the other reader who did a reading for you; stop overthinking. It's obviously not doing you any sort of good, and it's likely going to cause you to stress out needlessly and just mess things up. Overall, it seems that you are in a position where you're seemingly resting or waiting on something to happen, in direct contrast to your environment which is full to brim of energy. Stable, yes, but there's a heavy difference.
Frankly, I'm all too tempted to say that moving to this new location wasn't exactly the best idea. The card of eventuality points to a likelihood of wanting to go back, or hoping for something that's not going to happen. I think you may need to sit down and think over what exactly you want, and not get caught up in ideas and likely fantasy of what could be. You need to do something to actually get there, after all.
