I think one issue right now is that she's more focused on someone else or maybe she's just focused on something else, not someone, but her attention is not fully focused on you in the the way yours is focused on her. I think your problem is that you're trying too hard here and that it matters too much. I don't want to say that you're giving off an air of desperation because that might be too harsh but I want to say that when you accept that she isn't the one you HAVE to be with, she might be more drawn to you. I get the vision of a urban town, not too big a city but not a small place by any means. A lot of cars and commotion, but not a lot of people on the streets. Not really a reading or anything but more some life advice kind of stuff. You're probably still pretty young, and in reality most people aren't really sure of what it is they're passionate about it life. I didn't find my favourite field of study until I was about 2 years into uni. You've still got a lot of time to figure it out.

The upside to apathy is that it takes a lot for something to register as important. Though because of that once something moves you, you know it's important. So don't worry too much about feeling like you aren't really too passionate or sure of what you want. When something comes along and you really enjoy it, you'll know. Hey /div/ Had a few questions for any readers that might still be around. I went over the pastebin up top but still had some questions so I'll try to keep it brief. If you could answer a few questions I'd really appreciate it.

Lately I've been experimenting with trying out some divination stuff of my own, and have found what I think to be a bit of success with it. The question is, how does one really know what they're perceiving is authentic? Like I tried it out with a few friends and the advice and things I saw turned out to be pretty helpful and accurate, but I want to make sure that I'm not just accidentally deceiving people.

Methodology is a kind of scrying type thing through epiphany and visions. I think on a problem and get images and symbolic representations and then interpret them. I've also had a bit of success with seeing symbols in nature and weird coincidence type stuff. Basically I'm curious about how one would and perhaps should use such a thing. On top of that I was also curious if there is a way to hone it or to get better at it.

For the first question

I see a little mouse running about in the darkness, scrambling about a kitchen late at night collecting food, and picking up the pieces. Timidity but also a swift silent purpose. I've always been someone with very strong emotions. Several things happened over a course of two years from now that began slowly breaking my spirit but about a year ago there was one event that truly broke my soul to pieces and I mean that in the most literal way. It's been a slow and steady recovery which i have been working out quietly without anyone noticing. I think that's what the first imagery refers to, me being a swift little mouse trying to put my soul back together.

Before this event occurred I truly felt close to invincible. But this event through everything out the window, basically two people ended up dying in this event and I was very very close to dying as well, it also brought big insecurities and trust issues with the world and just being alive. Leading to some big emotional/mental problems. I have been recovering slowly but recently I have been recovering faster and feeling better and better. So, I was having trouble coming to a conclusion here and I can't tell if that's because I'm lost or if that's because you're feeling lost.

I get the sense of a guy who has to make a very conscious decision, not just someone with inner turmoil. He's anxious because there are two directions he can decide to go in and he's not sure which is the right one. One is certain to be fruitful and the other is more of a risk. I feel that on some level the decisions you're wrestling with have already been made, or the process has already been put in motion and it's causing lots of uncertainty and maybe you think it's going to make things worse.

I see "change" over and over again and though I get the sense that you have some control over it, I think there are also things that are out of your control. I would say, only take responsibility for the things you have control over because everything else is unnecessary worry. I would also say without risk there is no reward.

Just to add...I think things are fucked to shit in a certain way but you're not as fucked as you think you are. I didn't get a sense of doom, hopelessness or finality here that says you can't change your circumstances. In fact, I see some real opportunity for positive things to happen if you are able to figure out a direction and commit to action.
