I'm looking for the best laptop I could get for around $700 or less

I'm a 21 year old college student who will be using it for:

>animating
>video editing
>music production
>some gaming here and there (nothing fancy, I only play shite games like RuneScape)
>writing
>skyping friends and family
>shitposting

That's pretty much it. I don't need anything fancy like a touch screen. Just looking to get the best bang for my buck.
