Look the release up on AniDB.

It's not easy to find dubs, as piracy is generally done by the people that are really into something, and no-one that's really into animu likes, uses or gives a crap about dubs. You might actually have better luck finding dubs outside the anime community, for instance in the TV scene trackers.

People that are actually into animes do both. Subs are a lot less effort when you actually understand the dialogue and are just using the subs for vocabulary. Look at the number of raws threads in >>>/a/: a significant proportion of /a/'s users know Japanese past the "can read comic books" stage.
