I need the combined powers of your autism. Cute girl and I at work have been sending each other coded messages. Her latest one has me stumped:

TNUROHECDSIIHEOSSHRLOMATV

The only things I know so far:
-likely not a caesarian cipher. Already tried shifts 1-25 forward and backwards. Unless it's that AND scrambled.
-double IIs and double SSs likely significant. HE also repeats twice
-it is in English and not another language, and is also something intelligible and not a bunch of gibberish

I've been stuck on this for two days. We're racing to see who can figure out the other's first. If anyone can help me crack it I will be eternally grateful.

Caveat: this is my first ever post on 4chan, so if there's a better spot for me to post this just point the way
