Can you post the relevant portion of your config file? I would blindly guess that you either mistyped the new path and it doesn't exist, or maybe it contains a special character that would need to be escaped. It could also be that the path is pointing to a regular file instead of a folder or that your user lacks write permission for the folder.

Try running

ls -dl "/home/skeleton/Pictures/Pictures/Pictures/ReactionImages/Screenshots"

in a terminal and post the output here, so we can check the permissions. While you're at it, try to create an empty file with

touch "/home/skeleton/Pictures/Pictures/Pictures/ReactionImages/Screenshots/test.txt"

and see if it works
