I'll bump too (I like that pic), however it indeed might be an exclusive extra included in some Limited Edition delivery other than an actual art book. Not really unheard of amongst collectors who are literally creating demand for such sets. Art printing houses are in fact endorsing such tendencies, too.

Looks like it's from a design works book. Probably came with a DVD or Blu-ray set.
Check out the paper texture behind the text in both pictures. Also the color of the font. I'm not sure if they have that font for all of the official art, but it seems like that is where it is from.
