Any good drawing and 2d animation software?

Get yourself a Clip Studio Paint Pro (or EX but that's optimally for manga making iirc). You could buy it (wait for sale) or you could just youtube it up for cracked version. I have it and it's really awesome.[/shilling]

I dl'ed EX a while back, but haven't gotten around to installing it.

EX is the bigger one (priciest too). I only have Pro because I don't do manga (it has basic features of it).
Basically,

The new updates are sweet, you can download assets (brushes, 3d materials, etc) uploaded by others for free.

Basically. Though sometime, I prefer painting with sai better just because the customized brushes I have are better than ones in CSP (but the default brushes can create wonder too, pic related is mine, I wish I know how to blend better in CSP. Sai is the champion when it comes to blending) but overall CSP is definitely the best with its fuckload of features.
