photoshop noob here. was trying to turn this image of lain into a background. pic below is how far I got by using free transform to stretch the power lines. as you can see the background behind the power lines got messed up and i can't figure out how to fix it (google-fu is not on point today)

Not sure what program you are using but the reason you have all of the speckles is because the original itself has some noise to it. Clone stamp wouldn't work here because it would just be cloning the graininess and can look weird depending on how those grains line up or how large the final image will end up (the larger the image, the easier it will be to spot all of your clones). Easiest fix is use a filter to reduce noise or "despeckle" - the you would have to bring the details back up using contrast/high pass filters. Or I could just do it for you.

Im doing my first pc build and everytime i turn the pc on the dram led and cpu led start flashing. I had the ram in the wrong slots but i fixed them and they still flash. I read online about resetting the cmos battery. Will that work and not damage the pc? Also are there any other solutions?

Im trying to figure out what anime a scene I am thinking about is from.
A guy and a girl (I think) are training (in a park I think) by swinging swords (like in the picture) but then one of them has to leave but tells the other one to keeps swinging until she gets back.
A lot later she gets back but the guy is still there swinging the sword barely able to stand.

I don't know if it was paintball or a real rifle. He had the case and rifle all decked out in cute anime girl decos. I think the case might have even had lights around the edge. and there was a taped off square area for him to stand in.
Searching for this is a real bitch because I can't distinguish between what's on the rifle and who's holding it, so I'm getting anime girls with rifles instead of rifles with anime girls on them.
