I'm looking for good/updated free web libraries.
The only good torrent tracker I know that is still run and functioning is from Russia so they don't have such a great selection of more modern amazon selection nor older more obscure stuff, oh and it's mostly in Russian too.

So what are the alternatives?
Everything I could find online with my shitty google skills led me to either very very poor selection of only old stuff and in very small quantities or to simply all the content locked behind pay walls and subscriptions.

Any help?

free video editor for large files?

i was using hitfilm express and having it freeze every so often. i worked through it and it stopped responding and didnt come back after 10 minutes. i was trimming down a 2 gig file. i didnt save, but thats my own damn fault. i have a i7-6700k, gtx 1080, and 16 gigs of ram. why did it crash and why was it stuttering in the first place?

Around 1800 dollars.
Has an NVidia 9 series with at least 3 Gigs of VRAM or an AMD that is similar.
Has an Intel 5th or 6th gen CPU with at least 3.0 GHz or an AMD one that is similar.
Has at least 16 Gigs of RAM.
