Isn't the art style old as fuck for it to be elfen lied's, I mean old as in early 90s or something.
If I remember correctly most of the gore and blood in the series is due to either the horned humans vectors or plain ol' regular bullets. So again I doubt this is from that show.

I'm fairly new to how youtube uploads its videos so want to know a few things please.
I'm uploading 4k 60fps videos, would youtube accept my H265 format or would it re-encode it to H264?
Does it allow 10-bit videos in H265 or H264 formats?

H265 encoded videos are supposed to be accepted by Youtube now. It took them a long time to support it.

Even if H265 is uploaded there successfully, it will still be re-encoded by Youtube to AVC1 and VP9.

I have an i5 7500, Asus gtx 1060 ROG STRIX, 250gb ssd and 1TB hdd. Considering purchasing a 24" 1080p 144hz monitor but will that go down smoothly or am i making a mistake and going overkill?

You should take it if you plan to play csgo or games at low to get their potential.
However, high frequency monitors give better look even on desktop applications.
It also depends on the price of that monitor
