wait, really? that sucks. i don't think you can change it, windows is very limiting when it comes to customization.
you could try posting on their forums and see if their support has something to say about it. this is a silly and annoying issue.

I'm going to need you to be more specific. Meme can mean a lot of things. Do you mean "Image Macro" where we put the impact font on the top and bottom of it? Because if that's what you're after, you can easily upload the image to any number of services such as http://www.memegen.com/
If you mean you want everybody to start posting it as a "viral joke" then that's something we won't be able to help you with. You can try to "force" a meme but we won't help you do that.
If you want a "meme" as in a "Mutable Thoughtform" then that image already is a meme. You saw it and now you think about it. It's a meme now.
If you wanted a meme as in a "Pop Culture Reference" then you've already accomplished that, as this is a reference to "Total Drama Island" or something like that, given the art style.

Of those two, probably One Piece. Detective Conan is a great show, but not really something where it's worth sitting down and watching the whole thing. It's just a bunch of episodic mysteries. The overarching plot, while interesting, moves at a glacial pace every few episodes. One Piece, meanwhile, is also pretty solid and is actually going somewhere.

If your PC came with windows 7, you don't need to pirate it.
Just install as normal, decline to enter a product key when prompted, and install the appropriate SLP certificate for your vendor and SLP key for your version.
A year ago I went into a store that had a bunch of old games and movies until I came across a video game that I recall being on the PlayStation 2 and had a pink cover of a woman with a bow-and-arrow who bore a striking resemblance to Lum Invader (pic related). I don't recall the title of the game and the details I've mentioned are all I could remember of it. I think it also involved dinosaurs/animals or something but I don't remember it that well. Can someone find anything of this game for me please?

Dubs please help in refining my theory.
What I believe in involves something called a multiverse theory that takes into consideration the existence of infinite amount of universes from our own. So in that case I believe that no one ever dies in their own mind. Let me put it this way, if you are dying and let's say from a bullet to the head which would be instant, then what would happen is that you'd wake up in another instance of yourself in another universe but without memory of the past universe. It but let's say you are dying of something long and painful like I don't know cancer, at the moment of your death you would wake up and that whole life would have been a dream. This also counts for stuff like deja vu and some day dreams, but every time you were to have died, you would have awoken in a younger version of yourself.
I believe that the mind is the key to unlocking what is unknown and I want to find that out.
I haven't come up with a name for it but it's still a theory
And the multiverse theory is what I use to backup my idea.
So let's say I die now. You see me as dead but really I have moved on to a different universe
So in reality there is no heaven or hell
