I'm organizing an a competition for an anime convention in my city which is supposed to be dedicated to knowledge about the industry. I realized that while I know a lot about directors, animators, composers, character designers etc. I have no knowledge about seiyuu.
What could be some questions regarding seiyuu that would test someone's knowledge?
Here are some of the other types of questions I'll have for reference:
Directors:
Why did Mamoru Oshii leave his work on Urusei Yatsura.
What was the first show in which Watanabe had a directorial position.
What was the name of the series Tomino made in the 20th anniversary of his first Gundam series
Companies:
Name the first film Ghibli produced after it's official founding.
What studio produced the animated segments in the film Kill Bill.
What is the name of the studio founded by Koji Morimoto
History:
What's the most expensive anime film ever made.
What's the name of the first color anime feature film.
What was the name of the first released OVA
And so on. What could I ask when it comes to seiyuu in a similar vein?

You're right, I'll just leave out that aspect entirely. It's the least interesting in the industry anyways.
I want to go on an epic journey. Experience adventure, but I don't have the time, money or courage to travel myself.
Which books, films or games allow me to experience this feeling best? I love the sense of wonder of traversing a new land and being amazed by the sights. Or descriptions of the sights, if it's just text.

I'm confused, just how many different versions did they make? Could someone tell me if I'm wrong?
So far from what I've gathered :
They first made the 3DS.
Then they made a 3DS-XL.
Then they made the 2DS as well as the "new" 3DS and a "new" 3DS-XL.
They will (or have already) release games that only the "new" 3DS(-XL) will be able to play. And the 2DS won't be able to play those games, right? So basically older versions of the 3DS are useless and it's best to save up for the 3DS-XL since it'll be able to play everything all while having a big nice screen?
The 2DS sounds interesting and I might have considered it as my main buy but if it can't play the more advanced games aka the ones for the "new" 3DS I don't think it's worth it. I suppose later as a second buy could be interesting since it looks comfy to play on.

2DS is a 'budget' version of the original that has no 3D-slider, which means no 3D effects.
Then Nintendo shows off its brilliant naming skills yet again, premiering the "New Nintendo 3DS"
The New 3DS has improved specs like more memory and stuff. Don't sweat the details, but yes. Games like Xenoblade 3D are exclusive to it.
New 3DS-XL is the same thing as the normal XL: a New 3DS with a bigger screen.
Whether to get a 2DS or one of the new versions depends on what you're looking to get out of it, really. If you wanted to play Xenoblade that badly, a 2DS is useless. On the other hand, if you're a sucker for brain training and other 'light' games that don't look too impressive you're better off with that 2DS.
Still, the old models are not useless. Not every new game will be "new"-exclusive. Most of them function well on the original 3DS-generation, but will use the "new" generation's extra memory to give you enhanced visuals. Basically games will look better if you get a "new" 3DS, but they're still playable on the originals.
And no, there's no "new" 2DS.

Well, the beginning is a obvious choice for what the series able to create in it's 41 episode run, just don't watch it dubbed, the entire old series has a fairly awful one. But if that episode number is to big, go with the gundam trilogy. It cuts up the show into films, and adds new animation and removes stuff that was too magical robot like.

I use Poweramo, it's the best imo and will play pretty much any type of audio file. It also has lots of different features.
Just tossing in the other apps I like to use over stock.
For picture I use quickpic, it has way less lag than stock gallery and it actually sorts the pictures properly.
For video video I use MX player. It's smoother, has way more features than the stock player and you can have your videos organized into folders.
If you want to have YouTube videos play in the background without having to pay for YouTube red I use audio pocket. It also doesn't have ads in the videos.

I cringe everytime I hear about someone hacking just as much as the next guy, but I made an email like 6 or 7 years ago and now I need it back. I can't fucking remember the password and didn't put a backup. Is it even slightly possible to get it back? I'm trying to watch my animu but apparently there is some sort of glitch.
During the episode, at some random times, the screen will get blurry and pixilized with different colours, the audio will be auto skipped and subtitles will be for a brief moment gone.
I download animes as batches from nyaa.se and nyaa.eu, horrible subs mostly. I use u-torrent and MPC-HC to play them.
This has already happened to other animus and downloading them again is not working.
I used to be able to download them fine but for some reason I can't right now.
Anyone know what to do?

Install CCCP.
It'll replace your broken DirectShow filters with ones that actually work. You can keep your MPC-HC, or use the one that comes with it.

Just play it.
If it still doesn't work, then it never downloaded right, and you should:
- find a torrent with it in
- start then pause it
- copy the files you have over the downloaded ones
- force a re-check, then unpause the download
Your torrent client will re-download whatever parts of the files are broken, without you having to download any parts that you've already downloaded correctly.
