Warum MV?
Ich nahm MV, weil die beiden Namen, Mecklenburg und Vorpommern, mir bereits aus dem Computerspiel Europa Universalis vertraut sind.

Flagge, Wappen und Geographische Lage
Die Flagge Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns hat vier Farben: blau, weiss, gelb und rot.
Das Wappen Mecklenburg-Vorpommerns hat zwei Tiere: einen Stier, einen roter Greif, und einen Adler. Der Stier steht für Mecklenburg, der Greif für Vorpommern und der Adler für Uckermark
MV liegt im Nordosten Deutschlands.

Fakten über Mecklenburg-Vorpommern
In ganz MV leben nur 1.6 Millionen Menschen.
Die Haupstadt von MV ist Schwerin.
Die Küste ist 400 km lang.
In MV liegen die grössten Inseln Deutschlands: Rügen, Usedom, Poel, Ummanz und Hiddensee.
In MV gibt es folgende Nationalparks: Jasmund, Nationalpark Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft und Müritz-Nationalpark.

Tourismus und Urlaubsinseln
Der Tourismus ist sehr wichtig für das Bundesland.
Die Insel Usedom ist ein beliebtes Ziel deutscher Urlauber. Hiddensee ist auch ziemlich beliebt.
Im Sommer kommen viele Gäste an die Strände der Ostsee.
In MV kann man viele kleine Schlösser und über 200 Museen besuchen.
Hier ist das Schweriner Schloss.

Auf den Teller geschaut
Natürlich isst man in MV viel Fisch. Eine Spezialität ist Räucherfisch.
Kartoffeln und Kohlgemüse sind auch beliebt.
Typische Gerichte sind der Mecklenburger Rippenbraten, der Pommersche Tollatsch
Als Dessert ist “Rote Grütze” beliebt, es besteht aus rote Früchten, Saft und Zucker.

I think I got it but whoever wrote it can't spell for shit. There's a misspelling and a typo in the first sentence. Fortunately I grew up doing cryptograms.

Also encrypting is scrambling. I think what you want is to decrypt it.

it could be some variant of the defunct zune music player now apparently absorbed into the groove music service but i can't really be sure because there seem to be ten thousand versions across like every platform every conceived of by man and none of them a formatted quite like that one. i give up now, i'm never getting those 15 minutes back

I have a feeling that it's not actually the Zune player, but a foobar theme that looks like it.

The fact that it lists the bitrate, and "Disc 1 of 1" and the scroll bar makes me feel that way.
