Mine is very basic and was built around what I already had in place as I've been a slave of tradition for a while now. Any ideas for improvements while keeping my apps where they are.
As for the gradient there it changes randomly every now and again and is replaced with album art/music info when that is playing

Lower the music player widget a bit and add some whitespace between the controls and text, so that it still sits below the mountain.

I also don't like that the bottom of the year doesn't line up with the bottom of the day, but that's a style choice.

Consider using a wallpaper that doesn't cover the majority of the phone screen make it a bit smaller. A good icon pack would be flight, lines, min, or glyphs. Remove the page indicator too. I would make the clock a bit smaller too.

Nice font, matches the wallpaper quite well. However my only gripe is the ton of black space. I'd recommend filling it up with app shortcuts with an appropriate icon pack or making the wallpaper larger.

Floatify Pro, then when customising your lockscreen clock/extra widget, just choose a Zooper or kwgt.

There's no black in the paper so the black icon and widget seem very harsh. I'd advice going for an icon pack with muted colours and a dark grey for the widget. Also consider the icon and widget grouping, I think it could look nicer if they were a bit tighter together around the top of the screen to get more focus shifted towards the knight.
