Check out KLWP. There are also good Zooper widgets but most people here use KLWP. You will need a pro key if you want to import themes I am pretty sure. Lots of themes on Google+ and appstore. You might have to work on them a little to make them look right on your phone.

Ok. Make an overlap group. Add an image to the overlap group. Pick the image you want (normally from an icon pack). Set the image to activate on touch and launch the app you want.
Add more images and repeat the last two sentences until you have all of your apps.

Hey question here

How do I make it so I can use gestures will show apps whenever I gesture.

E. G. If was to swipe left, a selection of apps will appear on the left side of my screen

I would also like the home screen to remain singular so if I swipe right, a second selection of icons appear on the right but if i swipe left and right all icons will remain until I gesture otherwise

its so bottom heavy. and with all the info you smushed in the bottom i dont see why you couldnt have also put the stuff on your status bar down there. that appdrawer arrow is unnecessary and the icons are too big. the lack of any real color thought is also quite apparent. and just so you know, its the same minute everywhere, so when doing international clocks the hour is all thats needed. so "x here, y there, z somewhere else" would relieve the bottom significantly. and a big stack always looks uncomfortable put some elements in groups horizontally.

you could have a dock (docks can have multiple pages) that can be turned on and off with a swipe. or you could have a button. the button can be invisible and big for easy pressing. klwp hasnt yet implemented swipe gestures.
