Check the repository link in the OP, it has a tutorials section with Photoshop guide links. I didn't use them myself, but if they're there they must be worthwhile. Besides that, whenever I found something I wasn't quite sure how to do in PS while editing an image I just looked it up on google to for an on-the-spot tutorial.

Hey guys, this one's a bit different and probably a huge hassle. Here's some context:

A streamer named Joel held a couple events where he would try to follow Bob Ross's instructions on painting - in Mario Paint. Thanks to emulation, scaling and video compression, all the pictures lost quite some quality. What I would like is for someone to restore the pictures to their "original" quality - pixelarty as it may be.

What I can tell is that the original resolution of them is (probably) 360x240 pixels, but I'm not sure about the original colours. These all are screencaps from the youtube uploads, I added detail caps for the pictures where stuff is obscured by the mouse cursor.
