After Reimu, Spider-Man, Judge Andersen, and Rogue, this is my first non cartoony one. I think it's pretty fashionable, and possibly my favorite one yet. It just kinda bothers me how the chevron always looks like it's not aligned with the clock, even if they are. Optical illusions and whatnot.

Reposting from last thread: Hey anons, could use some help. Just got the S7 Edge after having the S5 for 2 years. I messed around with my S5 for a while, made a few homescreens, posted here, everyone said they were pretty good. Problem now is, I want to save my music to my micro SD to save space on my internal storage. I used to use doubletwist for music as I came from apple before my galaxy, but stopped using that when I found out it cant play music from my SD. I have been stuck using Google Play Music for the past year because I've been to lazy to find something else that would work better. Now that I have a fresh phone I want to get a great start on it. Any recommendations? Or know anywhere else I should ask for advice if this isn't the place?

That icon layout is still a mess. You need to lose the folders and use less icons on your home screen. That's what the app drawer is for. 9-12 icons should be the max you'd want on there. I also think the paper is too busy to go with that kind of monochromatic look. The icons and background get all mixed up as is. You should never have to strain to see what's going on with the home screen and I feel like I do with this one. I would also not use the default KLWP theme. Learn to make your own and stick to simple things to start. Finally, you've got two clocks even is one is analog and one is digital. Hide that status bar. Don't mean to be so nitpicky and I know it's your first rice, but it could use some constructive criticism.

If you haven't already, download a launcher. I like Nova but there are a lot so play around with some of them. Install KLWP and KWGT, again best way to learn is just start playing around with them. If you don't use it, remove the search bar. That will give more screen space. Hide the notification/status bar up top.

For the lockscreen I made a clock using lock+ and then used LockHTML4 for the battery percent on the bottom

For the homescreen I used the widgets EW30, and snowing. The icons are from the gotham theme I applied in winterboard, and I used HomescreenDesigner to place the icons where they are

Oh and Springtomize to hide various things like the homescreen dock

You should hide the status bar on your homescreen. It'll still show when you're in any other app, and when you're on your lockscreen.

Other than that your wallpaper is the biggest clutter culprit right now. A more subtle, higher quality background would make this great.
