Not him, but I use ON1 Resize. I torrented my copy (it's $90, fuck that), and it works much better than anything else I've tried. They claim it can go up to 1000% without losing quality, but in practice it can't manage that.

Also, can someone cut out a pair of partial rings in this picture? I want it so that I could use it as a clock, with the gears and hands staying still, but the hours and minutes rotating. I want only the part of the ring on the side with the hands to be visible. The first ring will be where the roman numerals currently are, and the second will be inside the other with a small gap in between the two rings. So I'm going to start a brand within the Underground rap scene and I need some help with my Soundcloud profile banner ( 2480 x 520 ). This is something I found. I would like for it to be horizontally rotated(so the microphone is on the right). The trademark removed in the corner and I would like the background to be neat. When I tried it, I couldn't get the background all black or either with the gray tint all over it. (Im a amateur in photoshop :x)

not the guy but just wondering why you saved it as a jpg? I noticed that if you were to look a bit closely, the quality dropped rather significantly from the original picture with artifacts starting to form around it. But I dont know that much of editing pictures so I wouldnt know if there WAS a reason so just keep that in mind :p
