Her outline needs work. It's 'lumpy', of irregular thickness.
I'd guess you isolated her with a color-selection and then stroked the path.
I've marked some of the worst areas.
The line (this is somewhat subjective) is also too heavy and dark relative to the rest of the image.

I'd also guess the shadow was the last element.
Because the outline is thick it goes 'around' Louise.
Hair strands don't taper to points.
This is reflected in their shadows, the ends of which look "blobby'.

I started doing this as a joke but I think it actually looks ok. There's hardly any fan art of Lisanna Strauss out there so I was lucky this one matched the body well enough.

It's almost entirely editors of varying skill level here. It's not often requests requiring any level of redrawing get done. You should ask in the draw threads on /a/ I suppose, but you will have to be patient. There's way more requests than artists.

Is there a reason you are adding a stroke? I suppose it's subjective, but I don't think it improves the image. If anything, it makes the parts where the background wasn't completely cut out stand out more.

Definite improvement.
Still narrow wedges (blue ovals, for example) where outline doesn't touch image. See white pixels within the black?

Look at inset squares. In the second one, I used pen-tool to select some of the outline and erased it. Then I expanded the selection 2 pixels and applied less than a pixel of Gaussian blur.
That goes a long way towards eliminating the "stairstep" jaggies. I shrank my final result to 50% to save space but you can still see the difference.

I actually like the way it makes the picture pop out more. But also, running it through a filter or stroke is just a lazy way to try and cover up my mistakes. I'm just not very confident in my abilities.

How are you removing the background?

If I don't know what the image will be used for, or I think I might use it in multiple projects later, I double the image resolution, use the path tool in GIMP to make the selection and then color to alpha and alpha curves. Make a solid white and black later to put underneath the image after you remove the background to help any missed spots pop out. Once you're satisfied remove the extra layers and linear scale the image back to the original resolution, or keep the enlarged version if you want it that way.

If I have a specific use in mind already and think I can make it work with quick select in Photoshop then I'll try to make that work. It can be a lot faster but the edges aren't as clean.

you're the only one who has to live with the results.
Learning the right way to do things (reading books, watching videos, asking for advice here)

As long as it's newer than 7. Right click desktop, Personalize, Desktop Background. Navigate to the images and right click to set an image to a specific monitor, instead of left click.
