>The game was released in 1999 for the Nintendo 64, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation and Dreamcast.
>In 1888, Jack the Ripper – lamenting the fact that his ritualistic murders have not unlocked a mystical power that he believes to exist – prepares to take his own life. A man named Legion appears and tells Jack that the power he seeks does exist and offers to share this power with him if Jack constructs an insane asylum for like-minded killers in Deadside – the land of the dead. Proclaiming "for we are many!", Jack takes his own life.

FUCK SHITPOSTERS, LET'S TALK ABOUT THE GAME
Is the PC version of this worth playing? My Dreamcast right now is kinda on the fritz, I feel like replaying it and 5 bucks on Steam doesn't really sound like a bad deal.

From what I recall it's a solid pc port for an old game with native 1080p support. The only issue is the controls they take getting used to but I was able to play through the whole game fine with m+kb.

Been wanting to play this game for a while, what's the best version? I keep hearing between the Dreamcast and new Steam re-release.

It's the intended version. The rest are compromised ports.
The comic was shit though
I'll see myself out
