Post your Haul of Retro Consoles and where you got them from

lel

What should it be called?

That PlayStation looks like shit, or your camera just isn't very good quality. If I understand the conversion between pounds and USD correctly, you paid between $6 - $12 for that. If it's at least functional, then I suppose it's not a bad deal. But I'd be wary of picking up an early model, as those had faulty optical assemblies that overheated.

What?

>That PlayStation looks like shit, or your camera just isn't very good quality
No, it is actually that shitty looking.
It runs fine, it's just not a looker.
>>3903885
holy shit it's the Metal Gear Solid olive drab edition!
>>3903897
Not sure. You could call a couple toys a "collection" like most newfags here do.
Bro, my "haul" is 30+ systems and handhelds
Trust me I am way to lazy for that shit.
>>3904480
Check out my game gear collection!
>>3904553
dude nice
>>3904521
Fucking this. I don't remember where I got all my shit.
Mostly just stuff that I've bought when those were new or got for free. Too much shit, should just get rid of everything while i still can.
A "haul" is something that you picked up *this week* at that garage sale down the street.
A collection of consoles from your childhood is not a "haul".
>>3908046
That is true my friend, but this thread is not like that
P.S. lol if your collection/"haul" of video games is a dusty Model 1 Mega Drive, Pikachu N64, smoker's PS1, and (non-backlit I'm assuming) Gameboy Advance SP.
>>3904553
good haul
>>3903885
i get almost all my shit at the flea market for bonkers prices
though, a lot of the shit i find is usually is nintendo shit. just wish my CDX came with a fucking CDX power supply. can't use anything else without burning it out
>>3908687
>official CDX adaptors hover around ~$100
blimey.
>>3903885
dust your shit, pillock
>>3908693
yup
and you can't find them easily
>>3908054
You'd be right to assume that about the GBA. The back lit model was never released in the developed world.
heads up if anyone in the boulder-denver area needs a dreamcast. this is probably gone but maybe not.
>>3908832
its probably been A-town stomped by now
F
>>3908971
a lot of people probably assume that. hes probably waiting on someone too lazy to pick it up, who you could overcut by 20 dollars. the seller can lie about the owner changing their mind etc
>>3908687
Surely you can use any adaptor that outputs at the right amperage and voltage? What makes it so special?
>>3909000

>>3909000
Bro
Over 90...Must I finish?
>>3908971
was wondering, wtf is an a-town stomp?
is he gonna smash it with his foot?

>Master System
Got it recently from a retro game shop.
>NES
My parents got it from a yard sale back in the mid 90s.
>SNES
Got it from my cousin in the summer of 96.
>Genesis
Purchased on ebay a couple years ago.
>N64
Purchased new back in summer of 98.
Every retro system, and even most of the newer non retro consoles I've owned have needed repair and/or replacement at some point. That is except for the N64. That system will outlast anything and everything.
