Same thing with raids you watch these livestreamers just picking up 90% legendaries like it's nothing, catching it with their last ball. It seems like the majority of people don't fail at RNG reliant shit and I'm in a tiny minority that can't catch a break. Hasn't it been like 12-17 weeks since the guaranteed 7th day streak thing started? I've needed this single item for the past 2 months or so. That means I haven't gotten wrong item at least 8 times. It just makes you so fucking bitter after a while and I don't even spoof so Hanke can't even free me of this cyclical Hell.

You need the level to figure out IVs, raidmons are the only thing you can catch with a guaranteed level (that being lvl20)

Above level 20, you can quickly figure out IVs on hatched Pokemon. Legendary Pokemon are also autoset to level 20, so knowing the IVs on those are easy as well.

The short version is third party apps that use your login info to access Niantic's information are in violation of their ToS, and they can flag your account that way. Shadowbans mean your spawns go to shit, with rare spawns like starters and other things just stop showing up for you. They last normally 7-10 days.

GoIV is different because it doesn't use login credentials to work. It records your screen and based off the information displayed can calculate IVs, though sometimes with slightly less accuracy so it will present a range of possible IV combinations instead of just one.

If it's West to East, then America and Asia get the type advantage and Europe is neutral. I still wouldn't use Suicune even with that, but having the type advantage at least takes some of the edge off.
