Raid lobby glitch is making it impossible to get a stable group.

ICYMI: Once you enter the lobby, you only see the players that were there before you. So if you enter and see 2 others, you'll only see you 3 until the raid starts. 5 more could join, but you wouldn't know.

This causes people to leave the lobby thinking they don't have enough, which then creates a domino effect of people constantly joining and leaving.

Worst bug by far.

Even if you miss 3 of them per raid that equals a total of 84 balls. Hell, make it 5 misses, that still means 60 balls! The probability of not catching one beast after 60 balls is 0,00019%. If you constantly make good throws you will catch them and it won't take 12 raids to do it.

New dex entries yield double the experience, which is further doubled with a Lucky Egg active. A lot of people get trigger happy to evolve new shit once they have the candies but you should always evolve your new dex entries while you're doing your Lucky Egg/mass evolution spree, for 2k XP per new dex entry evolved. I imagine you have quite a few unregistered pokemon at level 9.
You can also coordinate egg hatches (ideally, 5k and 10k eggs) to hatch as the Lucky Egg is active. So say your egg is at 4.9k or 9.9k, you can coordinate this if done well so that they hatch during the Lucky Egg evolution spree. Odds are at your level a 5 or 10k might even yield another new dex entry for even more experience. Hit every pokestop and try to catch everything you can. Look around your area for nests that have pontentially useful pokemon. Other things that yield XP gains:
>Beating gyms (also nets you Pokecoins if your pokemon can hold a gym for as long as possible)
>Beating raids (at level 9 this isn't possible for you yet unless you stick with Magikarp raids, sometimes in high population areas you can cheese high tier Raids if you have large enough groups)
>Pokestops give 50 XP per stop and 100 XP for a stop you've never spun before. If you can find a decently large cluster of stops, maybe lure one or two and sit around to hoard items and pokemon for XP
And always remember, unless you manage to hatch or catch a 98+% IV pokemon, every single pokemon you think is valuable right now is fucking useless. Wait till you're in your late 20s levelwise minimum to start building a good team. I'm telling you, you will regret wasting stardust on that 1000 CP Arcanine. After level 20 all eggs will hatch level 20 pokemon, so a hatched Growlithe will evolve into an 17/1800 CP Arcanine, for instance. Stardust is the single most precious mechanic in the game, don't forget that.

I think so, few days ago i was doing a Croconaw raid next to a church which is gym, and when waiting those 120 sec the church bells started ringing and my doge got scared so i had to keep on moving, i was long distance from the gym but i could still fight it, even capture it later.

If you follow the meta to it's very core then I guess, but for me finding 100% stuff is exciting, so I always try to level it up. Whenever I find a Sudowoodo in the wild now, it feels nice cause in mind it's another reason to level up the perfect Sudowoodo I have right now, rather than just being another 100 experience for the road.

Perfect Pokémons do not carry the value you think they do. Like, seriously.
Anything above 80% with IVs in the right place is good, but it has to be a species that is actually useful in raid battles.
You may not use much stardust right now, but you need to save it for the shit that counts. Set up buddies that let you evolve your first Tyranitar, Golem, Dragonite, Machamp, etc.
Geodude's buddy distance is only 1km, it's fast to get a Golem.

If you take the game seriously then there's nothing wrong with that, but my original post wasn't exactly an invitation to be scolded for playing the game is an (acknowledged) pointless / goofy way. I just wanted to see what other people were leveling up for fun.

Once again, I don't even have a Geodude (as crazy as that may sound, I can't even find a Voltorb either) so my Sudowoodo literally serves a niche of being my only rock type alongside a shitty Onix I caught during the rock event, and a couple of Rhyhorns + fossils.

I'd say it's worth it.
You will get more TMs, Rock Throw/Rock Blast Golem is a useful rock type attacker.
Not as good as Rock Throw/Stone Edge mind you, the alternative is you try a Charge TM first.
Then you'll either get Mud Slap/Earthquake for an electric type killer, or you get Mud Slap/Stone Edge and should use the Fast TM to fix that.

Quit browsing Reddit. Fast attack damage is less than half of your overall dps (usually much less.) Machamp is useful enough that it makes sense to have good ones. Machamp is mediocre stats overall, especially it's frail, so good IVs make a difference. It's fine to evolve the ones you have but id save my dust for better ones. Unless machop is super rare near you.
