I will now proceed to nerf Chansey, one of the core components of stall. Its disgustingly high Special Defense is one of its greatest advantages, so I will reduce it to acceptable levels.
Its BST is now of the following:

Stance change ability can be changed/swapped with another ability during battle.

Give it roost first and foremost, throw on access to icicle crash, spikes, defog/rapid spin, give it a strong accurate flying move to spam and add 10 speed.

Chansey can be OHKO'd by any Fighting type Pokémon with an attack base stat of +130. It doesn't need a nerf.

Here's a real nerf.
