Any pokemon can be, closet waifufags or just fags in general will say it's design only, but some have mons like Kommo-o or Garchomp as there "waifu". Those mons that have feminine designs are called waifubait either because they are intentionally made like that like Salazzle or Braixen or just paranoic fags that will call anything remotely feminine waifu material.

Anything can be someone's waifu, there are no exceptions when it comes to degenerates.
