I'm not going to spoon feed you, but if you look around for the method people are using to makes the Mews from the virtual console transferable, you'll find the ACE method to change your ID.

You'll also beable to find a similar method of altering your pokemon's DVs. Look for a guide to making virtual console pokemon shiny when you transfer them. Good luck.

Charmander around lv 14-15 can defeat Brock with ember. The AI in this game is shit and Brock won't even heal. Just slowly widdle away Onix's health with ember. Onix doesn't even have any super effective moves against Charmander.
