>Story:
>As Satoshi and his friends continue their journey, a a huge Pokémon suddenly drops down from the sky right in front of them! It's the mythical Pokémon Volcanion. Volcanion hates humans and is about to take its leave right away, but for some reason ends up getting pulled along. The two of them have ended up stuck together thanks to a mysterious chain! With an unwilling Satoshi getting dragged along for the ride, Volcanion breaks into a run, its goal being "Azoth Kingdom".

>In Azoth Kingdom, Cabinet Minister Jarvis has obtained the artificial Pokémon Magearna. Volcanion had been trying to take the abducted Magearna back! Jarvis plots to use Magearna's power to rule the kingdom. Can Satoshi and Volcanion manage to rescue Magearna? And what is the power hidden in the "Soul Heart", which is said to dwell inside Magearna? The most heated and passionate battle in Pokémon history now begins!

>Satoshi and his friends are participating in a festival held at Akala Island. An event taking place during the festival that involves placing a crown called the Wela Crown on Pokémon's heads has drawn the attention of lots of attendants. Apparently the legend has it that the crown has the power to make Pokémon stronger, and Satoshi and his friends are impatient to receive this blessing as well. But then the "Bone Keeper Pokémon" Garagara shows up and steals the crown.

SM35 - A Curry-zy Beautiful Battle! The Dance of Rarantes!! (July 27th)
>As part of an extracurricular lesson, Satoshi and the others are made to gather the ingredients for Alola Curry, a traditional Akalan dish. They immediately join up with Mao and start searching for the ingredients, but the task turns out to be less than easy when they encounter an herds of Digda and Karikiri during their search.

SM36 - Lychee's Grand Trial! The Hardest Pokémon Match Ever!! (August 3rd)
>Satoshi has finally become able to challenge the Grand Trial of Lychee, Island Queen of Akala Island. He challenges her to a double battle, bringing Mokuroh and iwanko with him, but Lychee just toys around with him using her "Rock Pokémon" Lugarugan, which possesses overwhelming speed and uses tricky tactics.
