I wouldn't say there were any bad episodes in there, but there wasn't enough overarching shit to keep me interested and the group dynamic really wasn't up to standard with Serena being just there because cock. Korrina arc was offensively bad, or at least Gurkin was. Fuck him.

Either way it didn't get good for me until the second year. Probably didn't help that I was still fatigued after BWDA and sort of lost interest in the anime for a while because of it. DA was 20 episodes long and it still took me three attempts to get through it.

Well fair enough, I marathoned all of XY again after it ended so those episodes are fresh in my mind and they weren't any worse than any later episode from the same saga. Also now that we know how the saga played out in full, seeing the start of what they would do with Serena and Froakie was fun to see how they started off.

I'd argue to say episodes are better when you can marathon through them back to back, rather than waiting for 1 episode a week like episodes air when they air for the first time. All the complaints people have of long filler gaps between Gyms are not as big a deal when you can watch multiple episodes in a row rather than waiting weeks/months in real life when they originally aired.

Brobowl's ending with Goodra was amazing, and Ash's rivalries had such great buildup and tension.

Key 3 is super simple once you realize what you're looking at. Probably easier for little nip kids than foreigners, but it's still relatively recognizable.

For 4, just look at the colors and arrows at the right and see what they're telling you to do.

Key 3 is a kana chart, just look at which kana are in the numbered positions. The answer is "taiyou".

Key 4 involves you drawing the specific lines in the big jumble of colored lines the instructions on the right tell you. Doing this will get you three katakana characters. The answer is "Kurosu" (Cross)

I'm starting to think that the reason we haven't had a ton of trailers for M20 is because if they tried to take pieces from throughout the movie we'd be getting fairly large spoilers as to whats to come.

From the trailers and the movie clips we've seen we know that:

>Ash gets wet which forces him, Makoto and Soji, to hold up in a cave while his clothing dries
>Meets Bonji once they leave the cave
>Arrives in Viridian City at some point because that's where Makoto speaks with Joy about Team Rocket - who are in the Pokemon Center at the time
>Faces Erika
>Recaps the first episode to a certain degree
With everything that we know about the movie, we see Ash and co. travelling towards Tensei Mountain - a place we aren't entirely certain where it's located as of yet. But if it's further into Kanto, we'll more then likely have brief cameos of Brock and M-isty as Gym Leaders Ash faces. They wouldn't want to give that away during the trailers, just like they wouldn't want to give away who Ash captures and evolves.

So far we have confirmed Ash has Pikachu, Charmander, and Butterfree.
