Thus is the problem with the gaming community as a whole. No one understands game development. There are so many things that are cut from so many games because of a variety of reasons. So the devs just leave the data in the game unaccessible (except hacking) because it is easier and more time beneficial than having to remove these assets.

Offensive Floette is probably going to run two STABs. Similiar to how Typlosion runs both Eruption and Fire Blast. But I can see Calm Mind + Fairium Z being her best niche. As Z-Light of Ruin is stronger than Magearna's Z-Fluer Cannon.
