Zinnia got impaled by Fug and then Hyper Beamed because Fug didn't like her being evil. She survived, but could not participate in the battles afterwards due to her extensive injuries.

As far as actual deaths there were zombie Psyducks in RBY that were killed, and a couple of Magmar that Giovanni killed.
