Of course it's shittier. It was single-handedly the worst part of XY. They take away the one thing you always had, freedom to use whatever Pokemon you want, to force a Lucario on you and then forces it to be the first Pokemon you "bond" with. Not any Pokemon that you had with you, helping you out, but a random fucking faggot.

And that's just the beginning. The other dick sucking it gets isn't any less annoying. From being the best possible thing in MD, to all the roles it gets in the anime. Lucario is cancer. And this cancer won't stop. Just watch this shit become your starter in DPPt remakes, and be the one to take on the main Legendaries.

It really isn't. Its literally a child's edgy Devaintart fursona that was labeled as an official pocket monster design. The DBZ Ki blast concept is cool on a Fighting type, but seems very shoehorned on the design. Its Steel typing makes no scene either. Is it supposed to be like wolverine? So they make it a specialist of reading Auras, but not make it part Psychic? Its a fucking mess.
