Is there any way to snipe pokemon but just with spoofing alone? on an actual phone not an emulator. Or is it a botting thing only? My account is spoof only and has never been banned so I'm too scared to use a sniping bot.

5. TELEPORT BACK HOME ONCE IN THE CATCHING SCREEN
6. Now that you're in the catch screen and definitely back where you started, you can catch it free and easy. Have fun.

No problem, and yeah at first you'll feel scared they're counting up your sniped mons like felonies, but then you'll start sniping blissey in chains and realize niantic just doesn't pay very close attention.
Some other tips: join pokedex100's discord server for the best spawns (that I've seen) and even an immediate request channel.

30-40 does not matter. All Pokemon they find will be the same.

Say a Dratini spawns outside a gas station. Four players find it. A level 16, a level 23, a level 30, and a level 37.

The level 30 player might see it as 565CP with Iron Tail/Twister.
In this particular scenario...
The level 37 player will see it as 565 CP with Iron Tail/Twister.
The level 23 player won't find the same thing. It'll be, maybe, 163 CP with Dragonbreath/Aqua Tail.
Likewise, the level 16 player might see it as, instead, 68 CP with Iron Tail/Aqua Tail.

Spawns are randomized for people below level 30. Everyone level 30 and up will always find the same things.

My wife still played, met many people playing, went to some cool places I've never been, but when they introduced speed caps and 90% of normies dropped the game, my enjoyment went down pretty fast from walking. This is false. It only seems that way because spoofers/botters can be at any point in the world at any time. Meanwhile, legit players are, while numerous, scattered across the entire globe.

Imagine an MMORPG with many islands. Legit players need to remain on separate islands, but cheaters can hop between them instantly whenever they want. It'd be very easy to assume the majority of players are cheaters.

Because it was a fad. Like every fad, it died, and everyone who played it only because it was "the hip, cool, and popular" thing to do dropped it, which was, to no surprise, at least 70% of the game's launch fanbase. The exact same thing happened with Pokemon's main series. Pokemon Go didn't last as long because nowadays people have such shitty attention spans. That, and it's a shitty (as in, almost barren of content) game on a platform loaded with literally millions of other free to play games that not only have far more content, but reward players much more for their time invested.
