Lucky you, that's its best moveset.

It'd be a decent prestiger, but Poison doesn't really have any offensive presence due to lack of Grass or Fairy type defenders. And don't even try to pitch it against a Rhydon or Snorlax.

There are worse 'mons, but it's okay. Passable bulk, decent Attack, similar DPS to a perfect Meganium (who happens to be one of the best prestigers vs. Vaporeon). He just doesn't have the type advantages to make use of. He caps out at 2709 CP, so you decide for yourself.

Don't know if the event is still going on but buy a lucky egg if you get free coins or something now they are cheap as fuck and you need to get to level 20 as soon as possible.
Stack up on pidgeys and common shitmons in your area and evolve as much as possible while the lucky egg is running.
Can be a good idea to use an egg on your first trip to a different biome, in case you go to the beach or pier you'll get a ton of new entries.

Of the Valor players I found, three of them were chads and one was playing with his son looking for shiny Magikarps.
