Well, i'm mister obvious and i'm goimg to talk about why Dawn have more lovers than Serena.
Serena was poor voted becaude she's a bad character, that's it, poor development, boring design and her only purpose in the whole anime was the amour.
Dawn for example can live without Ash, she was a character with real development an had more personality, also his design is better, short skirt with a pretty good combination of colors make her likeable.
