ITT we make Fakemon concepts for animals/plants/legends etc.

They should make another vulture mon (perhaps based on that one) that's a really finnicky eater, and is a penchant for cleanliness to reverse the vulturous tropes.

It may be stepping on Mandibuzz's turf a bit because it's a vulture, but vultures are pretty inexorably associated with death.

Lammergeist (bearded vultures are often known by their German name, Lammergeier, + German for ghost)

Their neck and chest would appear skeletal, as if floating inside their translucent purple "plumage", which looks a bit like tattered sheets. The "beard" feathers look like long strands. This way the skeleton is the classic bald "vulture" look, and the plumage is ghostly.

Giant ground sloth based fossilmon.

It has an exaggerated coat of moss growing in its fur. Its evolved form's fur is mostly overtaken by moss on its back, with a small flower or two poking through somewhere. The moss looks like a blanket or coat which drags behind it, giving it a sleepy, lax look.

1st form could be Rock, Rock/Ground, or even Rock/Normal.
2nd would be Rock/Grass.

Ability: Tangling Hair/Overcoat
HA: Sap Sipper
Notable moves: Spore, Hone Claws, Ingrain.

Platypus based Pokemon.
water/poison type

A crested porcupine based on a Greek phalanx.

The crest could be like the plume of a Spartan helmet. White spots around its eyes, black stripe down its nose a bit like a Corinthian helmet pattern, with the "line" from its nose to its mouth forming the central gap in the helmet.

Not sure how to portray the quills = spears other than have it face backwards (so its quills point towards its opponent) and look over its shoulder.

A pokemon that evolves via level up while holding an item. Holding a man made object like a Potion evolves it into Steel/Poison, holding a natural object like a Berry makes it evolve into a Grass/Fairy. Holding nothing could make it evolve into a regular Normal type too.

You could make a ribbon eel Pokémon, it's basically almost a made up looking thing.

Stage 1 is sea foam

Stage 2 has a more coherent form that takes elements from manatees and a bit from belugas. It's white like the foam/beluga, but the manatee aspect references the "manatees were mistaken for mermaids" legend and the original "little mermaid" in which she turns into sea foam at the end.

Both water/poison, amorphous egg group.
