May I ask why Tapu Koko has low IVs in Attack even though it has U-turn? Seems kind of counterintuitive.

special attackers always have low atk so they take less damage from confusion, and koko doesnt use u turn for damage, it u turns to get away from pokemon that are immune to volt switch
