it was like one of the best msp threads ever. the mods were on standby the whole time to insta-delete goodrafag's posts, and it also brought back the old contributors that became inactive, and it also broke the record for having the most submissions at that time.
the thread also reached both image limit and bump limit.

All of that was because MSP Guy was specifically counting down the days until that thread's arrival for MONTHS. Everyone knew what day #181 was going to be. Everyone was expecting it. The regular contributors, the shitposters, the mods, everybody. That's why it erupted into such a shitstorm.

That's never going to be recreated, especially if slime dragon's a vote-in, because even MSP Guy won't know it's coming until 60 minutes beforehand. Plus, Goo.drafag is old news. Then all we're left with is a boring old thread devoted to an ugly Pokemon.

I don't even pet my Pokemon in Refresh because I didn't want to make the game too easy, so it loves me even less than other pixels love their trainers.

Still, if anybody felt like drawing, it would have been a very easy one. Palossand, who's brand new and a lot simpler of a design which can be drawn in a fraction of the time that Kommo-o would take, still scrounged up like 20 submissions tops.

Now I'm wondering if MSP Guy could make a graph of the thread participation statistics so far. I'm sure interest has just waned all around lately. We're dead in the center, there's no hype about the revival left, and it's still way too early for "going out with a bang". The last run was like this too.

You know what sucks? I like this line. I like the design of each member of this line. But I can only match Jangmo-o's name and design because Hakamo-o feels more natural for a final evo than Kommo-o, and Kommo-o feels more like a middle evo name.
