GF is most likely going to program a flagging system for pokemon with OHKO moves

For example:

Machamp transferring through bank knows Fissure. Bank flags it and makes it so it can never have No Guard as it's ability.

It doesn't know Fissure? Then it can possible have No Guard.

I'm sure that they will make it so that is can't re-learn Fissure via the move reminder at all.
