Battlespot has a dedicated vgc ladder this year, which is called the championship ladder. If you select the ladder called doubles it will allow megas and pokemon that aren't in the regional dex.

However, this is the thread for vgc so you likely won't get much advice for the ladder than allows megas here. Don't use stealth rock though. That's always bad.

I don't have a fucking clue on which nature or EVs use with her.

Gluttony, it's good for your berry. Poison touch seems like a good idea but you risk locking yourself out of badly poisoning a bulky mon like P2.

Power of Alchemy could be good, but there's no reliable strategy. Even if you have a good strategy to ensure Muk absorbs an ability VGC doubles has a lot of switching, so it will lose whatever it gains on the switch.

It has got really good options for wallbreaking. Kartana can use leafblade to kill gastrodon and anything that relies on rain. It can also get sacred sword, which fucks up P2 pretty badly. Smart strike also helps it avoid memes.
