It shouldn't be the highest rarity, but it is definitely above SR (Full Arts) but below UR (Secret Rares in English). The thing I want to the odds of pulling one from a Japanese box since it occupies the 1 SR/HR/UR per box slot, and from the unboxing videos people seem to pull:

11 R (Holo Rare)
3 RR (GX)
1 SR/HR/UR

This pretty much means it is still 1 R or above in every 2 packs (a box now has 30 packs instead of 20) but you get less RR in proportion to the older boxes (6 R, 3 RR, and 1 SR/UR in 20 packs/box). I can't wait to see how badly TPCi will jew us when Sun and Moon comes out in English when the English set list alludes to Hyper Rares will be Secret Rares

I'm really sad about this, since I really like the HR cards, I wish they were the SR (Full arts) for the set without the colored SR. This is only gonna make their price skyrocket and as of february I'm gonna be broke as hell since my contract is over soon. Damn.

Isn't that sort of not true on a pack to pack basis?

JPN BW/XY Boxes (20 packs, 5 cards / pack): 6 R, 3 RR, 1 SR/UR
JPN SM Boxes (30 packs, 5 cards / pack): 11 R, 3 RR, 1 SR/HR/UR

Considering how the pull rate of English boxes are all over the place (but you are bound to get around 12 Holo or above rares or above), I will take the assumption of around 6 Holo Rares, 4 EXs, 2 Full Arts, any potential Secret Rares, and a bunch of useless bulk commons. I'd hope TPCi is smart enough to put Hyper Rares in the reverse holo slots just like what they did to BREAKs

If I were to go to a tournament can I use Juniper and Cheren in standard format? I'm finding conflicting answers. Cheren does the same thing as Tierno and Juniper as Sycamore

So will a solgaleo gx deck work? I'm considering either that, or a lurantis gx deck

This shouldn't even be an issue if the format is standard because Juniper and Cheren long since rotated out of the format. Sycamore and Tierno aren't "reprints." It's because they aren't reprints that they had to make a special rule for Sycamore when both are legal (expanded). No exception was made for Cheren and Tierno though, so run four of each if you want.
