I think all the trade items sans the metal coat and razor claw can be obtained just by exploring the game. For instance, people might not know in the postgame you can challenge the principal of the pokemon school all the way back on the first island for a King's Rock, and Fabu you can challenge at the Aether Foundation for a Dubious Disc.

Well as I was doing my playthrough I caught every mon on the way, even the shitty small percentage ones. And I constantly switched mons in my team so with the evolutions by the time I beat the E4 I already had half the dex, roughly 150, then I just gts-ed the rest, using mons that went quick and a few touch trade evolutions once I was around 250 to quicken the proccess.

A few people here helped with the trade evolutions, but a lot was from the gts. I just put somethinf in the gts asking for the 2nd or 3rd stage mons and then just bred them. Its was quicker like that, and then if theres a a second stage mon just evolve the one you bred from the 3rd stage, dont even bother training it to high levels.

I would've done days ago but I can only play for like a hour or 2 since I work.

Yes, though I bred them onto mine with a tirtouga(already knows it when its revived). Only other egg moves of note are spikes and wide guard.

Catch a Trubbish, delete all it's moves and re-teach Recycle as its only move.
Catch Dhelmise and re-teach it Switcheroo. Give it a Leppa berry to hold.
Fight against a Ditto with Trubbish leading, let Ditto transform into it.
Switch to Dhelmise and use switcheroo to give the transformed Ditto a Leppa Berry.
You now have a non-attacking ditto that will never die.
Switch to your False Swiper and chain away.
Don't forget to use sub to prevent other dittos from transforming and damaging you.
