Red had a hard life

I was walking on Route 3 two years ago when I saw something that would change me forever. I saw a small secluded area with a lot of tall grass. I could see two figures there that I instantly recognized from my days in training in the league-- Red and Blue. The two seemed like they were on the ground but as I got closer I quickly saw what the two were doing. Red had his pants down with Blues face and open mouth at his ass. I was shocked when I finally realized what I was seeing: Red was shitting in Blues mouth and Blue was eating it. I watched for a few minutes and it was over. Blue licked all the shit from his ass, cleaned it, & pulled his pants up. Then the two shared mouthwash, a toothbrush, and walked side by side to the end of the route. I will never be the same after what I saw them do.

Honestly, Wally has always been super sickly. Could be he just didn't mature at the same rate. Could also be that Wally started his game way younger than the protag, which is also pretty believable considering how he's treated. I always kind of assumed he was a kid compared to the protag in RS, which would make him a kid among kids. But his constitution is probably a more believable answer.

Most of the mixed media guys took Wally's illness to be so bad the Pokemon Special writers gave him a cancer suit. Considering this and that the protag for 3rd is probably comparable or identical to the same age as Red (which is 11, apparently?), Wally is probably just a little younger than Red.
