If your on 3DS and waste money on greatball a that don't catch a mon, just reset the game, it doesn't save your coins until you return to the map.
Meowth for coins, Ampharos for experience.
Don't waste great-balls on any mon with less than 80BP. There are some useful low level mons but probably not where you are right now.
The second you unlock an expert stage, beat it and catch the mon. Most are pretty useful. Only some of the later ones are shit.
When you make a match, the Pokemon you are moving takes priority over the mon you swap with. Remember this when trying to attack abilities.
Always take EXP1.5 to Eevee and Victini.
There are lists of orders of mons to train, mega mons to candy, mons to SS, and mons to RML on older threads. If you need them I can find them. For newbie like you, first priority should be a mega-candy for Gengar, then saving up 20 candies for Fug.
SAVE YOUR JEWELS FOR WEEKEND MEOWTH.

I got it last night, got tired went to bed.
Woke up this morning, used my hearts to do a few Meowth runs and get some coins, jumped back in and almost immediately got another one.

I'm so pleased, now I can throw one at Slowbro and one at Genesect so both can get Victini exp and so it wasn't a complete waste (seeing as I'm only doing Slowbro for the comp-pa-tish-on holy crap!) Going to see if my luck hasn't run dry and try to grab another one before Victini evaporates.

I really want to place in the top 300 for this competition for the top prize but I'm worried my team won't be able to cut it. I don't think there's enough time/hearts to raise either Mew or Slowbro from level 10 to 15 (although I still have to play Victini's stage today and I have 26 medium exp boosters and 3 large). What's worse is I only have 4 RMLs, which means I'd have to spend hearts finishing one of the easier mission cards or clear 20 more levels of Keldeo to get the critical fifth one.

So if I save my RMLs, my best team is probably MMY, Slowbro, Deoxys and Lando-T (skill level 4), all level 10. Can I get a high enough score with that or should I go all out trying to get a level 15 Black Smash+ Mew?

Bring either Deoxys or Cress. The one thats higher leveled for you. If both the same, then Deoxys, as you might clear the whole row of rocks if you get lucky and _he triggers swap and puts them in the right place to get some lucky skyfall.

I've now entered M-Beedrill hell, 50k coins ready to burn. Just did two items runs, got 61k and 58k, not even enough for tier 2. Team is level 10 5/5 candy MMY, level 15 Slowbro, level 10 Cress and level 10 Lando-T (Risk-Taker level 4). With 82k bring the current cutoff for top tier, I could see it being bumped up close to 90k with the last rush still to go (not to mention people have their coins from Meowth today).

if you are a stupid mobileshitter or non supreme fag and dont know what I'm talking about:
thx to cfw (custom firmware) its easily possible to change your nnid on your 3ds as you please. So I removed my original nnid, made a new one and linked it to my 3ds. Then I played a few times until I was in the very first bracket for us. Then the same for eu and I repeated the process. :^)

So basically I manipulated the cut-off for 3 (but I prolly go till 5) places. And the best thing is that GS can do nothing about this. If I keep being bored and/or the placement gets easy I might even go after 10 placements.

Also I'm calling out to all other supreme fags to follow my lead and do the same

I'm about to do a M-Beedrill run with Mewtwo, Alakazam, Mesprit and Slowbro as a Last-Ditch Effort, maybe I'll do two, if I cannot get Mesprit to trigger Meme Charm at least once after the DD runs out then I'm beyond fucked and will have to settle for the second bracket like a loser
