Just finished helping the rangers move the last of the zubats from the safari zone repopulation efforts to Mt. Moon so they can start making it their home again.

To think that the west kanto population was put so close to the brink after Team Rocket poached and injured so many to bolster their grunts. I know a lot of people really had troubles with their numbers before all that, but look what happened once 85% had been stolen, crippled, or worse! The paras population exploded, making Mt. Moon -actually- impossible to hike through due to the amount of spores in the air. And that's what caused us to make an alternate route above the caverns, making the hike from pewter to cerulean almost three times as long. More dangerous too, since we disruppted the graveller and geodude up there.

Hopefully in the coming months we can re-open the cavern route to the public. I'm sure the center staff on the pewter side are tired of treating trainers who tripped on a geodude, and I know a few fossil clubs are itching to resume excavation.

You might want to check any local scraps yards, either buy a bunch of junk there, or even see if they will let you 'walk' your Magnezone at the scrap yard regularly so it can fuck around with all the junk. The bigger the junk, the better, since it will let the Magnezone use up a lot of it's excess electricity. If that doesn't work, get plastic locks, they got some pretty heavy duty plastic locks these days.

Rangers in Kanto have it hard. There's only 12 of us here at Mt. Moon, and once operations for opening the cave are complete, we're going back to the 6 we had before the incident. Theres just no funding. Hell, we had more volunteers help with the relocation than actual rangers. And let me tell you after all that Rocket nonsense, you get kinda worried when you hand off a cart full of fledgling pokemon to a complete stranger. Just dont want all this hard work to be undone, y'know?

Good thing everything went fine. I think theres some good thats come of all the horrible things Rocket did. People have become a lot closer with their pokemon, and we Rangers have seen far less injured pokemon on patrols meaning trainers are respecting the wildlife more.

I've seen some, i could never do such a thing to my pokemons. It's pretty heartless to make your pokemons fight like that, and one guy had the balls to slap his pokemon face because the little guy lost.

Not that anon, but a lot of the gym leaders are pretty nice but they're busy being, you know, gym leaders. Try talking to them around 8pm, that's when the challenges wind down but they stay open until like midnight. There are some shitters but overall you'll know exactly who to talk to and who to avoid after just one meeting. Good luck, anon!
